Bridal Appointments

non-refundable deposit of £100 is necessary to secure your booking.
When booking 4 hours or more I’ll need to factor in a small break. At no charge to you.
Trials for Brides are strongly recommended. If you chose not to have a trial you must understand that I can not be exact on style or timings on the day.
Travel Expenses will be an extra charge at £0.45 a mile for the whole journey.
Total invoice must be paid one week prior to the booking.
Cancellation one calendar month or less before the wedding day will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellation 24hours or less before the day will incur a 100% charge.This includes non arrivals or drop outs on the day.
Anytime that is booked will be charged for, even if people do not arrive to have their hair styled.
If there is time on the day I am happy to style additional people. An extra cost will be charged.
You can rearrange the booking date once at no extra charge. Changes over this will need to be re secured with another deposit.

Colour
All colour services are subject to a consultation and skin test 48hours (or more) prior to the service.
If no reaction takes place I can go ahead with your colour service.
If you have any kind of reaction I can not provide you with any colour service.
I will make a record of your test and you’ll need to be re-tested every 12 months. This can be done at your appointment.
No colour services will be carried out on under 16s
All in accordance with COSHH Regulations 2002.

Cancellations on colour bookings
Cancellations less than 24 hours before will incur a 50% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of any cancellation.
I reserve the right to refuse anyone that consistently cancels.

Travel Expenses
I cover an area 10 miles (return journey) from my house in Winnersh free of charge. Anything outside of that, including return journey, will be charged at £0.45 a mile.

Hayley Penny will keep your details whilst you are a client of our services. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by shredding records and deleting data from Flodesk.com.
